Sapphire® Soft Leaf Buffalo has many of the same excellent Buffalo characteristics with the added advantage of a superior soft leaf. It has an extra fine texture that makes for a soft, luxuriant turf. This means the grass is a pleasure to lie on. Although it is so soft, it is also hard wearing, quickly recovers from damage and is shade tolerant.
Sapphire® Soft Leaf Buffalo can be used in a number of areas around Australia and provides an attractive ground cover that is also very soft to the touch. It has a very fine appearance but maintains the advantages of great winter colour and excellent disease resistance.
Sapphire® Soft Leaf Buffalo is also shade resistant. It has been proven by independent studies to be the most shade tolerant Buffalo lawn variety. It also requires less water than many lawn types. It is drought tolerant and continues to perform well with less watering.
